The technique of Pathworking has been developed by the Western Mysteries Adepts like Dion Fortune and Dolores Ashcroft.
It involves guided meditation and trance travel, usually on the Paths of the Cabalistic Tree of Life. These paths are integrated with the images of the Major Arcana of the Tarot.
This technique is now being adapted to the Runes and the 9 worlds largely based on the descriptive 'Pathworkings' written by Kveldulr Gundarsson adapted and expanded by me: Freya Aswynn.
